Eliza Lewis Wins B&T Women Leading in Tech Award for Sales
Eliza Lewis has been recognised at the 2026 B&T Women Leading in Tech Awards, following three years of rapid growth, global expansion and a leadership approach that’s reshaping creator-led sales at Fabulate.
Eliza Lewis, Client Partnerships Director at Fabulate, has been named the winner of the Sales category at the 2026 B&T Women Leading in Tech Awards, presented by Atlassian on 20 March 2026.
The award recognises Lewis’ impact on Fabulate’s commercial performance and culture, at a time when influencer marketing is rapidly evolving into a more structured, technology-led discipline.
Lewis leads a 14-person sales team, with 92 percent of the function made up of women. Under her leadership, the team has expanded Fabulate’s footprint from Australia into 15+ markets across APAC and beyond.
This expansion has supported sustained international growth and strengthened the company’s position in the global creator marketing landscape.
Eliza’s impact is profound: a 91 percent Net Promoter Score across clients, an 89 percent retention rate in a highly competitive creator tech sales sector.
Over the past three years, Lewis has driven 450 percent revenue growth. Fabulate co-founder Ben Gunn said the results highlight a rare combination of scale and discipline.

“Honestly, this kind of growth is very hard to achieve,” said Gunn.
“Eliza has taken the business to 4.5 times its size, but what’s just as impressive is how she’s done it. It hasn’t come at the expense of efficiency.”
“We’ve only doubled our capital investment in that time, and at the same time, sales efficiency per person has gone up by 140 percent. That tells you everything. She’s built something that scales, not something that relies on individual wins.”
That impact has been felt across the business.
Fabulate CEO Toby Kennett said Lewis’ influence goes beyond sales performance.
“Eliza represents the kind of leadership that defines where this industry is heading,” he said.
“She has built a team, a culture and a way of working that allows both our people and our clients to scale with confidence.
We’re incredibly proud of the business we’re building, but even more proud of the strong female leaders shaping it every day.”
A key part of her approach is structured development pathways. Lewis introduced an internal mentoring programme connecting team members with senior leaders, alongside personalised plans focused on technical capability, commercial performance and leadership growth.
Her work also reflects a broader shift in influencer marketing, from fragmented execution to scalable, data-led systems. Lewis has been a strong advocate for breaking down silos across PR, social, creative and media, helping brands take a more integrated approach to creator-led campaigns.
Alongside commercial performance, she has championed more inclusive workplace policies. This includes the introduction of a parental leave framework and flexible working arrangements that support long-term talent retention in a predominantly female-led team.
Her leadership style is widely recognised internally, with a focus on mentorship, accessibility and raising the standard across the business.
In her acceptance speech, Lewis acknowledged the broader Fabulate team, including fellow nominees Lucy Ronald, Head of Strategy and Talent, and Terri Owens, Client Service and Operations Director.
“I want to say a big thank you to my work wives who were also nominated tonight,” she said. “They both lead equally impressive teams.”
She also reflected on the importance of representation in leadership.
“Being a bold, ambitious woman is not a bad thing,” she said, crediting her mother for that belief. “I’m proud to show my daughter the same thing every day.”
Ronald and Owens were also recognised on the night, with nominations in the Marketing and Client Delivery categories respectively, highlighting the depth of leadership across Fabulate.
Lewis’ win marks a significant milestone for both her career and Fabulate’s continued growth, reinforcing the company’s position as a leading player in the global creator marketing space.
As Fabulate continues to expand across APAC and beyond, the systems, leadership and culture being built today are positioning the business for its next phase of global scale.
