Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Fabulate Pty Ltd (ABN 19 629 887 501) of:Grafton Bond Building
Suite 2.01 Level 2
201A Kent Street
Sydney NSW 2000
Australia("Promoter").
2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 April 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 December 2026 ("Promotional Period").
Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.The following persons are not eligible to entery.
• employees, contractors, officers or directors of the Promoter
• employees or contractors of Azalea Creative (ABN 78 526 183 325)
• immediate family members of the aboveImmediate family includes spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require proof of identity and residency.
4. No Purchase Necessary
Participation in the promotion is free of charge.No purchase, payment or subscription is required to enter or participate in the research study.
5. How to Enter
To enter the promotion, an eligible entrant must during the Promotional Period:
1. Complete a Fabulate Brand Effectiveness Measurement Study survey in full; and
2. Submit the associated entry form including valid contact details.
Each valid and complete survey submission will automatically generate one entry into the prize draw.
There is no maximum number of entries, however each entry must correspond to a separately completed and legitimate survey submission.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, automated or otherwise invalid may be rejected at the Promoter’s discretion.
6. Prize
There will be three (3) prizes awarded during the Promotional Period.
Each prize consists of:
AUD $1,000
Total prize pool:
AUD $3,000
Prizes may be delivered via electronic bank transfer or digital gift card at the Promoter’s discretion.
Prizes are:
• not transferable
• not exchangeable
• not redeemable for alternative goods or services.
7. Prize Draw
Entries will be divided into quarterly draw periods based on the date the survey was completed.
Each completed survey entry will only be included in the quarter in which it was submitted.
Three prize draws will occur as follows:
Draw 1
Entries received between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026
Draw date: 7 July 2026
Draw 2
Entries received between 1 July 2026 and 30 September 2026
Draw date: 7 October 2026
Draw 3
Entries received between 1 October 2026 and 31 December 2026
Draw date: 7 January 2027
All draws will take place at:
Fabulate Pty Ltd
Grafton Bond Building
Suite 2.01 Level 2
201A Kent Street
Sydney NSW 2000
Draws will be conducted using an independent electronic random selection tool.
The first valid entry drawn in each draw will receive the prize.
Reserve entries may also be drawn and recorded in order in case a winning entry is deemed invalid or the prize is not claimed.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw.
To claim a prize, the winner must:
• respond to the notification email
• confirm acceptance of the prize
• provide full name, contact phone number and payment details
within 14 days of notification.
If a prize is not claimed within this timeframe, the prize may be forfeited.
9. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If any prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, an unclaimed prize draw will occur 21 days after the original draw date at the same location.
The draw will be conducted electronically using the same random selection process.
10. Publication of Winners
The names of prize winners will be published on the Promoter’s website at:

within 30 days of the draw date.
11. Research Participation and Data Usage
By completing the research survey, entrants acknowledge and agree that:
• the survey forms part of market research conducted by the Promoter
• responses may be analysed in aggregated, statistical or anonymised form
• survey responses may be used for research publications, industry insights, benchmarking studies or marketing analysis.
The Promoter will not publicly identify participants without their explicit consent.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude survey responses deemed to be:
• fraudulent
• low quality
• generated by automated systems
• intentionally misleading or disruptive to the research process.
12. Survey Integrity and Quality Controls
To preserve the integrity of the research data, the Promoter may apply quality assurance checks to survey submissions.
The Promoter may invalidate entries where:
• multiple submissions originate from the same participant using different identities
• automated systems or scripts are used
• answers are deliberately falsified or randomly generated
• survey completion behaviour indicates non-genuine participation.Decisions regarding survey validity are at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion.
13. Personal Information and Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information may be collected, stored and processed by:
• Fabulate Pty Ltd
• Azalea Creative (ABN 78 526 183 325)
for the purposes of:
• administering the promotion
• verifying entrants
• distributing prizes
• conducting research analysis.

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information.
14. Fraud and Misconduct
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants at any time.
Without limiting any other rights, the Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
• tampers with the entry process
• submits fraudulent or misleading information
• uses automated entry systems or bots
• engages in conduct designed to manipulate the promotion.
The Promoter may require identification or eligibility verification prior to awarding any prize.
15. Automated Entries and Survey Fraud
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity and authenticity of entries and survey responses.
Entries that are generated or assisted by automated means, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, survey farms, or any other technological method designed to circumvent the normal survey process are strictly prohibited.
The Promoter may invalidate any entry or survey response if it reasonably determines that the submission:
• was generated using automated tools or software
• originates from multiple identities controlled by the same individual
• is submitted using temporary, disposable or fraudulent email accounts
• contains incomplete, inconsistent or deliberately falsified responses
• demonstrates behaviour consistent with survey fraud or non-genuine participation.
The Promoter may use automated fraud detection systems, IP monitoring, device fingerprinting, response-time analysis and other verification methods to identify suspicious activity.
If an entry is deemed invalid or fraudulent, the Promoter may:
• remove the entry from the promotion
• disqualify the entrant
• invalidate any prize awarded in connection with the entry.
The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of entries and survey responses is final and binding, subject to applicable law.
16. Identity Verification
The Promoter may require a selected winner to provide reasonable proof of identity, age and residency before awarding a prize.
If adequate verification cannot be provided within the timeframe specified by the Promoter, the entry may be deemed invalid and the prize may be redrawn.
17. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and its related entities, officers, employees, contractors and agents from any claim, loss, damage, liability or expense arising out of:
• participation in the promotion
• submission of survey responses
• acceptance or use of any prize.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
• technical failures or disruptions affecting entry submissions
• lost, late, incomplete or corrupted entries
• system outages or third-party service failures
• delays in prize delivery outside the Promoter’s control.
19. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion may be promoted through social media platforms including but not limited to Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or X.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with these platforms.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the social media platforms.
20. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to:
• verify entries and eligibility
• disqualify entrants
• modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.
Any decision made by the Promoter regarding the promotion is final, subject to applicable law.
