What’s new in prospect lists: better control and visibility
Prospect lists just got a quiet upgrade. More control, clearer ownership, and collaboration that actually makes sense, without the usual mess.
We’ve made some updates to prospect lists that give you more control over how they’re managed and shared across your team.
It’s a small shift in how things are structured, but it makes a big difference in practice. Clear ownership, more intentional access, and a much simpler way to collaborate without second guessing who can see or change what.
Here’s what’s changed.
You’re in control of visibility
Prospect lists are no longer visible to everyone by default. Instead, you can decide how each list is shared depending on where you’re at. Keep things private while you’re building, open it up to your workspace when it’s ready, or share it with specific people when you’re collaborating closely.
It gives you more flexibility without adding extra steps.
Clear ownership, no confusion
Every prospect list now has a single owner. This means there’s always a clear point of responsibility when it comes to managing access, updating the list, and keeping things organised. No more wondering who’s in charge or who made the last change.

Collaboration, made clearer
When you share a list, each person has a defined role. Some can edit, some can approve, and others can simply view. It keeps everything structured and avoids accidental changes, especially when multiple people are working from the same list.
A couple of things to keep in mind
There are a few changes worth noting as part of this update:
- Lists are no longer automatically visible across your workspace
- Guests will only have access if they’re invited
- Updating access settings may remove users or reset approvals
These changes are designed to keep things more intentional as teams grow and workflows become more complex.
What happens to your existing lists
We’ve already applied the new structure to your current lists. If a list wasn’t previously shared, it’s now set to your workspace with a clear owner assigned.
If it was shared with specific people, those collaborators have been carried across under the new access structure.
Everything should feel familiar, just more structured moving forward.
Wrapping up
This update is about making prospect lists easier to manage day to day, while giving you more control over how your team works together. Less ambiguity, more clarity, and a setup that scales with how you actually use the platform.
