Let's show you how to submit and edit a pitch for jobs with Fabulate

Step 1: Head to the Marketplace

First things first, let’s navigate to the marketplace. You’ll find this on the left-hand navigation bar when you log into the Fabulate platform.

Step 2: Select from the Different Invite Tabs

Once you’re in the marketplace, you’ll notice several tabs that you can explore. Here’s a quick rundown:

  • Marketplace: This tab is where all public briefs are listed. Feel free to browse and pitch on any briefs that align with your talent.
  • Invites: This is where any briefs you’ve been specifically invited to will appear. Brands might invite you directly, or they may invite your agency to pitch back.
  • Pitches: This tab shows all your past pitches. You can check here to see if there are any pending awards or updates on pitches you’ve submitted.
  • Bookmarks: If you find a brief you’re interested in but want to pitch on later, you can save it here!

Step 3: Click on the Campaign You’d Like to Pitch Back On

Let’s say you find an exciting brief for Wagga Tourism. Click on it to get started!

Step 4: Read the Brief Requirements + Click ‘Submit a Pitch’

Make sure to carefully read through all the requirements of the brief. When you’re ready, click ‘Submit a Pitch’.

Step 5: Fill Out the Pitch Title + Cover Letter

Time to get creative! For your pitch title, use the format “[Creator Name] x [Brand Name]”. In the cover letter, let the brand know why you’re the perfect fit for this campaign. Highlight your unique skills, past successes, and any creative ideas you have for the campaign.

Step 6: Add Your Deliverables

This is where you outline what you’re going to deliver. Add each individual deliverable, attach your influencer profile by clicking ‘Profile,’ and specify your fees. At the bottom of the page, you can also add any additional items like usage rights or product quantities if these have been agreed upon. This helps the platform calculate the total amount for the campaign.

Step 7: Review and Submit!

Before hitting that submit button, make sure to triple-check everything to ensure it’s all good to go. Once you’re happy with your pitch, click ‘Submit’. And voila! You’re all set!

How to Edit a Pitch

Oops! Need to make some changes to a pitch you’ve already sent? No worries. Here’s a quick guide on how to edit a pitch:

Step 1: Head to Marketplace > My Pitches

Navigate back to the marketplace from the left-hand menu and click on the ‘My Pitches’ tab.

Step 2: Click on the Pitch You Need to Edit

Find the pitch you need to edit. Let’s say it’s for Deliveroo—click on that one!

Step 3: Click “Edit Pitch”

You’ll find the ‘Edit Pitch’ button on the top right side of the window. Once clicked, everything in the pitch becomes editable.

Step 4: Make Any Changes Needed

Update any deliverables, adjust your fees, or change any details as necessary.

Step 5: Submit the Changes!

Once you’ve made all your edits, click ‘Submit Changes’ to lock everything in. If you’d like, send a quick message to the client in the comments section to let them know you’ve updated your pitch. This keeps everyone in the loop and can help speed up the decision-making process.

And that’s it! You’re now ready to pitch like a pro on Fabulate. We can’t wait to see the incredible campaigns you’re going to create. Happy pitching! 🎉
